   I had (until a recent hardware failure...) an ASUS 1005HAB running
Debian (v6 originally, then what is now v7.0) for a couple of years.
Used XFCE for the desktop.  Also used it  as my primary pc at home,
with a 20" LCD screen and an external keyboard and mouse...
