[mdlug] Ads in Ubuntu - say its not so

I switched to Debian a few years back when Mono and the QT libraries were
becoming requirements for running Ubuntu and I haven't looked back.
Currently running #! (CrunchBang) on my netbook and getting pretty good
performance.  Most of the things that got me running Ubuntu are easy fixes
with a post install script (licensed codecs, pretty window management) for
Debian.  Plus, package management is almost the same.  Maybe not for the
non-initiated but Debian has worked well for me as long as I have been
using it.
