    With "album", put your pics in a directory, while in that directory run 
album.  It will build all the thumbnails and and index.html file (which 
can be edited with further data, later).

   'album' is a Perl script and can be found at:

    I also use the ImageMagick 'convert' command to resize, crop, and 
rotate images.  Sweet tool :)
