[mdlug] seek some suggestions for installing linux

SSD for speed, durability and less power consumption.
You can get a 64G for under $50 bucks now. And the price will be less when
I'm ready to pull the trigger.

95% of my data is on my computer thru NFS mounts from my network. If I'm on
a project I just git what I need and take it with me to the client and sync
it back at the end of the day.
