[mdlug] seek some suggestions for installing linux

I'd get a HD-USB adapter like this to connect to the Original HD...

When I do my next new laptop before I even boot it and have to agree to the
Microsoft license, I'm gonna replace it with a 64Gig SSD drive and install
my distro on it.  I have a server with TB+ HD storage and also use the
cloud storages available.
