[mdlug] Server maintenance

I must be too much of a geek for my own good.  DNS records
promulgate rather than propagate.  To propagate means to have
offspring or to otherwise spread something tangible.  To promulgate
means to spread something intangible, such as a law or a new IP
address.

Anyway, back to the server updates...
