Googling told me: " Lefse is Norwegian flatbread made from potatoes and 
lard."
Hmmm.  I'm part Norwegian and don't remember Lefse.
Maybe had it at a relatives home when I was very, very young.
Next question:
Why not make it yourself?  I saw several recipes for Lefse while Googling.
I plan to get a microwave turkey dinner with stuffing and a can of 
cranberry sauce.
That will be my traditional Thanksgiving dinner.  ;-)
