[mdlug] Dual Head

Following up:

See http://stackoverflow.com/questions/9864078/linux-amd-flash-video-is-gpu-decoding-possible-at-all for flash support, or http://www.phoronix.com/scan.php?page=news_item&px=ODg1NQ

On Chrome, see http://www.khronos.org/webgl/wiki/BlacklistsAndWhitelists#Chrome_on_Linux

My son can play Bastion on chrome on my desktop with NVidia OpenGL.  It is certainly not possible with my System76 Gazelle Pro which uses the i7 integrated Intel HD 4000 graphics.  ( If system76 only offered the GAZP with discrete nvidia graphics, it would be the perfect laptop.  As it is, it is very nice for development )

There may be work-arounds for Chrome (e.g. adjust black list and live with any bugs).  As for flash, I fear there is none, but I could be wrong.

Cheers, Mike

NVidia's tool for dual displays is very nice.  See nvidia-settings.  And there is a fair amount of software that works better with nvidia - flash using vdpau, and chrome with webgl support, to name a few.
