[mdlug] Ubuntu 12.4 on Lenovo laptop would not boot up after software update

I struck a mythbuntu 11.04 install CD and tried to boot from there but it
seems to have booted from 12.04 on hard disk.
(I probably need to check the boot sequence on the bios)
The kernel seems to have been upgraded from 3.2.0-25 to 3.2.0-26 in this
software update. I also see that /boot/grub/grub.cfg has been modified by
my latest update as well.
For now the system seems to be up and running. Don't know what caused it to
choke after the update.
Thanks for your help.
