Lead / Architect candidate must have :
* Minimum of 8 yrs. of total MS .NET dev't exp., with at least 3 years in SharePoint technology, vis. WSS 3.0, MOSS 2007, MS SharePoint Foundation 2010
* Hands on exp. Architecting and Developing Web based apps using C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server. (Ideal candidate has worked on ASP.NET for many years before moving to SharePoint)
* Exp. in SharePoint API, Server Object Model, Java Script Client Object Model (Silverlight not necessary)
* Exp. working with RESTful Web Services, WCF Services and understanding these in SharePoint.
* Exp. building custom apps using SharePoint framework; non trivial apps such as building Application pages, Customizing the SharePoint Ribbon, Custom workflows etc.
* Handson exp. using JQuery and JQuery Plugins and using it inside SharePoint.
* Expert (Power User) knowledge of Out of the Box features of SharePoint, esp. SharePoint Foundation 2010.
* Exp. in Agile Product dev't environment
* BA/BS degree or technical institute training;
* Must have good communication skill, strong leadership skill of motivating ,managing team members, Excellent Analysis, design and documentation skills
* Ability to take ownership, produce quality deliverables on schedule, Ability to prioritize effectively in fast paced environment, Ability to study & learn technology , business process quickly and independently.
* Passion for continuous improvement of critical business process
* Exp. of dev't in MS Project Server preferable
