[mdlug] It's alive!

I feel like Dr. Frankenstein (the young one) after
bring the mdlug webserver back to life.  There was
a problem with the / filesystem which made required
files unavailable to mailman.  And mailman was bringing
the system down to a crawl.

I wasn't able to fix the filesystem, but I was able
to rename the directory whose contents was having
a problem.  I then was able to restore the directory
from a recent backup, and I can see that the system
is much snappier.  Back to it's old self, I hope.
