[mdlug] Proposal for vote at the meeting

At the last meeting Mat Enders made a proposal to change the name on the
Educational 501c3 (non-profit status) from the Downriver Commodore Group
(DCG) to the Metro Detroit Linux Users Group (MDLUG).  Mat has also
offered to pay for the fee to change the name,  there will be no cost to
the club.

The vote will take place during the business portion of the meeting on
September 10th 2011 at the normal meeting.  

If you would like to submit a vote in your absence you have to have a
proxy.  For a proxy vote you must email me secretary at mdlug.org and have
an attending member vote for you at the meeting.
