In IT there are a lot of guys that are unpleasant to work with or for.
In death we respect the person that has past away and we are reminded of our own mortality.
That said even still, though we think romantically about innovation it is NOT an easy road. When you introduce a new
idea you place many people outside of there comfort zone. And they would much rather beat you down then accept your new idea.
I went to a National Science Foundation conference where there were 7 Phd's in 10 of the people attending.
I can respect Job's achievements,
he might have been an SOB many people are,
he might have his short comings every body does,
He was innovative and a risk taker not many people are.
