How does one search the archives?

I tried using Google, but didn't have much luck.  For example, here
are some searches for words that were in recent discussions:

http://www.google.com/search?q=site:mdlug.org%2Fpipermail%2Fmdlug+lurkers
http://www.google.com/search?q=site:mdlug.org%2Fpipermail%2Fmdlug+quotas

I got zero results.

Even a search for Ubuntu within the past year only returned one result:

http://www.google.com/search?q=site%3Amdlug.org%2Fpipermail%2Fmdlug+ubuntu&tbs=,qdr:y

That same search in my gmail returns almost 40 conversations.
