[mdlug] Linksys Router

I have two wireless routers and I plugged the new one (internet connection)
to one of the outputs from older router as below


                                            --> <Old computer>
                                            |
<Internet> --> <Old Router> |->  <New Router> --> <New Wireless>
                                             |
                                              ---> <Old Wireless>

And the second one failed to obtain IP from the old one (when both were
running DHCP.

So I have connected one of the hub outputs from the new one (which is not
running DHCP) to one of the hub outputs in the old one (which is running
DHCP). This set up seems to run fine. Don't know why
