The bbb config files need to be configured with the new ip address.  I believe the command is:
 sudu bbb-conf -c 

If that doesnt work then check the bbb wiki

Installed Big Blue Button on Ubuntu 10.10. Worked wen I had it as IP address in my 
segment.  Modified /etc/network/interfaces to my static IP. Now I get a 403 forbidden 
error from nginx.  I set up the worker process to run as root still same problem.
