[mdlug] Big Blue Button config issue

We had the same kind of issue when we moved the MDLUG server from Tony's test environment to the school. He had to edit quite a few config files by hand in order to get it back up.

Installed Big Blue Button on Ubuntu 10.10. Worked wen I had it as IP address in my 
segment.  Modified /etc/network/interfaces to my static IP. Now I get a 403 forbidden 
error from nginx.  I set up the worker process to run as root still same problem.
