Really good logos appear well in black and white, even
if they are normally colorized.  My suggestion if you
want to add some color is to be sure it looks right
when printed in black and white.

If I were paying you, I'd ask you to do 2 or 3 versions
and let me see what it would look like.  But since you're
volunteering your time, I don't want to ask that.  Can
we at least see a prototype of what it would look like
with Tux in the seat of a new car?
