Either sadly, or happily, this won't work. I've tested with a mailbox
with 150,000 messages. With a modern version of Cyrus IMAPd & Horde
Webmail (imp) the folder opens nearly instantly. With a modern client
like GNOME's Evolution the folder is available after a brief pause [and
fills-in on-the-fly] (this assumes you are using an IMAPX provisioned
account and not Evolutions legacy IMAP provider)
