  If I was living in a "world" where using Mozilla Seamonkey was an option,
I would be. The problem is, the boss believes that "Everyone" uses Outlook
and that it somehow creates perfectly "beautiful" emails and that if he uses
something else, the formatting will be all "messed up" and look
unprofessional.

  No, it matters not one whit that I have showed him extended header
information that displays the fact that the majority of our customer base
actually utilizes a variety of different email clients.

  This position, is not a position reached via reasoning out the pros and
cons, therefor is isn't one that can be reasoned out of.
