I use the godaddy.com Linux plan, and I'm happy so far.

I have their upgraded plan for $7/month (cheaper if you prepay).
It allows me to host multiple domains/sites on the same plan (shared bandwidth).

And the thing that sold me was you also get SSH access!  Most others
don't allow that.  It's sure nice to be able to ssh into the server
and 'mv' a large file or directories to a new location, instead of
having to re-upload it with FTP to the new location.  Or un'tar files,
or make backup copies of directories with doing upgrades, etc.
