You could forward x through ssh then share your desktop (either your computer or the server) via VLC.

There are also KVM switches, it is a simple solution.

How can one share a desktop between two remote users?
I have a headless machine which I routinely ssh into. What I would
like to do is "remote desktop" into the headless machine and then
share that remote desktop with another remote user. Is this possible
and, if so, what keywords should I be googling for? Hits for "sharing
remote desktop" assume that you have a console desktop, which I do
not.
Thanks in advance for any pointers.
Regards,
- Robert
