[mdlug] Record our MDLUG meetings and webcast/podcast them

While looking at a Ubuntu Local Group email concerning classes for Penguicon, I started thinking those classes should be recorded. I replied to the email with the suggestion. 
Then I thought, gee, maybe we can record our MDLUG meetings and webcast/podcast them.  This topic came up before and we had issues with the room lighting and such. 
But also we never say anything worth recording.  Maybe we can do a "un-meeting", select four topics from a list then discuss each of the four topics for 15 minutes for a total of an hour.
So, which topics would we be able to find to fill up 15 minutes of interesting recordings?
Can we try this in our meeting a few times then maybe do this again at Penguicon?
Can we also find software to webast and whiteboard . . . hey that would make an interesting 15 minute discussion.
