"System Rescue CD" is one.  The "Universal Boot CD" is another.  The
"Trinity Rescue Kit" is yet another.  They are all Linux-based
multi-purpose CDs with utilities that are useful for Windows, Linux,
or BSD systems, including some utilities that are specific to Windows.
 I would also include the Windows-based "Bart PE"  CD, though that one
is Windows-only.
