Could we have a planning meeting next Wednesday, April 28th, to try to
finalize plans for the Penguicon hospitality room? That would leave 1 day
for completion of any tasks before Penguicon.

There are still a number of critical items on Gibson's list, see URL below,
that are not covered e.g. crock pot, and several more not-quite-so-critical
items to be either covered or dropped.

Among other things, I think we have to make a decision about food, other
than the chili, and soft drinks. As I recall, last year, a couple of guys
went shopping for food and beverages, but I have heard of no similar plans
for this year.
