That's fine to say about a company looking for a direct hire, but _he_
is not looking for a Linux person.  He is a head hunter, looking for
some other company.

I'm sure he recruits all types of IT people.  Just as when he's
looking for an IBM mainframe guy for some company, it doesn't mean he
personally uses an IBM mainframe.
