Support those features? ;-)

Seriously... People want what they want. You can be polite but firm
and just say "Sorry, we won't do that because...", but they will most
likely keep demanding it. They will, or new users who haven't been
told will. Or you can give them what they want. Or you can be rude and
lose users, in which case the problem also goes away.
