i have had excellent service and quality from MilesTek.

They don't necessarily have the greatest price on bulk cable,
but their prices on tools and structured cable stuff (e.g., patch
panels, wall plates, etc) are good.

their website kinda sucks; i think they have pdfs of their paper
catalog, which might be a better bet.
