[mdlug] Open source Accounting with Mysql

I'm looking to integrate with the back end and I prefer Mysql.

You are going to choose your accounting package based on what database
it uses?  That seems not only backwards, but kind of nuts.  Being that
wed to a specific RDMBS* isn't rational;  the application is the purpose
of the system.  You buy the horse for the cart, not vice versa.

*Particularly when it is an RDBMS that isn't that great.

Quasar from Linux Canada <http://www.linuxcanada.com/> might be worth a
look.  And there is the monster <http://www.openerp.com/> OpenERP.  I
have no idea if either support MySQL.
