I'm thinking that it would be easier if you had posted the model number :-)

If all you're gonna do is audio/video, this will be fine--but the
Intel integrated graphics hardware is abysmal in general, slow and
lacking certain hardware features.  Adding a graphics card would help,
but that negates the value of the integrated A-V features on-board.

In this case, I would try to find an AMD-based motherboard with
similar features.  Even on-board graphics will be MUCH better--current
ATi and nVidia hardware, even integrated, runs RINGS around the
integrated Intel stuff.  A bonus--it's likely to be cheaper.
