Realize that no matter who your "provider" is, all provisioning
(hardware) is provided by AT & T.  They now have "naked" DSL for as
little as $20 a month.  I've been a customer for 7 years, starting at
768kbps.  I currently have 6Mbps service with them--I'm looking into
the new 18 Mbps service...
