One place to start is the stock exchanges:
NYSE (New York Stock Exchange), AMEX (American Exchange)
and NASDAQ (National Association of Securities Dealers Automated Quotations).

Every company traded on an exchange has to provide them
with a certain amount of information -- the names of the
officers, board of directors, and corporate headquarters.

All of this is in turn made publicly available.

I believe this hold true for both the national Over The
Counter exchange, and each of the 50's state's own state
level OTnformation -- the names of the
officers, board of directors, and corporate headquarters.

All of this is in turn made publicly available.

I believe this hold true for both the national Over The
Counter (OTC) exchange, and each of the 50's state's own
state level OTC. For starters, contact the Michigan OTC.
