[mdlug] Help diagnosing hardware problem

In a recent build I had a ps problem but things turned on.  Once I swap it out every thing was okay.

so if there is a spare try it.

Modern PS testers provide enough of a load to expose bad power
supplies, easily.  I used to fix them for a living.
