It is not for a collaborative effort. No one else need access it.
However I do like the interlinking aspect of Wiki software. (I think
wiki markup sucks bowling balls through garden hoses. Just what the
world needed, yet another markup language.)
On reflection I'll just run Apache. It';s not that great an overhead.
