[mdlug] Icons in KDE

The format for the icons can vary.

KDE supports scalable vector graphics as icons as well as .png (If I am
recalling correclty.) The non-scalable graphics will require multiple sets
of the same icon being created in different sizes. (I don't recall the sizes
off hand.)

They are stored...

/usr/share/icons
