Another option, for less (around $70 street)

yes: reserving IPs per MAC address with DHCP (key feature!)
no : guest users (kept off your network; handy!)
yes: firewall features (but not as nice as belkin n+)
yes: forwarding of ports to specific servers
yes: DMZ
yes: Dynamic DNS (looks more flexible than belkin:)

This one can be had for around 50-60 street.
