That's because there's so much IN the distros...

Think about that.... it takes 2 aisles of boxes to just approach
replication of the openSuSE distro (and there are still some pretty
big holes which are just NOT available in off-the-shelf software --
to get it, like relational databases for Windows, you have to go
through the whole hassle of scheduling a visit from a vendor rep,
get a contract (and if you're a business, pass it by legal), then
wait for delivery, etc.
