Looks like decent advice to me.

I am highly in favor of a LUG room.  Even if no party is held, if we can
split the cost of a room to use as a stuff dump and evening meet and
greet it is well worth our money and effort.

Like a lot of people Sue and I are on a tight budget this con.  Living
15 minutes from the Con hotel we are forgoing a room.  I think the CFO
will part with part of a room in cash to have a crash and dump area.
