[mdlug] Penguicon Room Party?

So to run the party there is two things we need to do,  Get a room 
(reserve a room from the hotel and pay), then notify penguicon so they 
can add it to the papers.  one thing we may want to do is discuss is  
taking up a collection if we have enough interest.   This can be 
discussed / decided on at the meeting on Saturday.
