The actual certficate is MCSE: Minesweeper Consultant/Solitaire Expert.

By the way, there are some decent beginning networking classes that start
from scratch, but they are usually offered by companies as part of
training classes for employees of other companies. They only last a week
or so and cost much more than a full semester course at a college. The
employer usually pays for it, so if you're doing it on your own it will
be pricey.
