The AT&T Dry Lopp DSL only accoutn is accurate in its advertising of speed
and cost.

Its what I use and its actually less than advertised, as Uverese was not
available when I signed up for AT&T, and I requested it, and since it wasn't
available, they give me the top speed DSL for only $19 a month as a
coourtsey. Since that started, Uverse is now available, uncertain if it will
catch up at some time, but even at full price its a good value.

Of course, I don't use VoIP or POTS at all since I never get close to using
up all of my wireless minutes, so cell phone only is all I need.
