 Sure looks like that.

 First, try running the script as "bash ./configure". If that doesn't
work, edit 'configure' and change the "#!/bin/sh" line at the start to
"#!/bin/bash". If *that* doesn't work, come back and we'll try to figure
out what the heck is going on...
