[mdlug] FTC Shuts down major spam ring, Herbal King

If any of you, like me, were questioning why the big drop in spam reject
numbers, here's why:

I normally see anywhere from 200-350 rejects daily on my mailserver.
Today, it's been very dead, not more than 30 rejects, with many hours
since midnight showing no rejects at all.
