 Note that Dean Durant asked the questions about ACLs, and Duane Brown
commented on the tone of your reply. Two different people.

 One *can* be well-informed on Unix-style permissions and still not know much
about ACLs. There's no conflict there, even *if* I've misunderstood and you
*haven't* conflated two different people.

 You might consider backing off on the hair trigger there, Aaron. In combat,
that can be quite valuable. (Are you still deployed? Hope you're staing safe,
either way.) In net conversation, it's a recipe for unnecessary flamage.
