IMHO, HP was foolish not to incorporate a lot of the features of Tru64
(AdvFS, TruClustering, etc) into HP-UX.  Tru64 was one of the best
"commercial Unices" (redundant?) out there.  If it makes its way into
Linux, (has it already?), I doubt it will be a ZFS killer, but it is
certainly a great alternative to ext3 or XFS, maybe.

Not the OS, just AdvFS.  They switched to Veritas according to the
article.  It's very low risk to give it away.  Looks good in the
press.
