	As for the static IP, there's not really a direct link, but if you go 
through their pricing menu off their website and find the " Additional 
Services & Equipment" link, and provide your zipcode, the static IP is 
listed as $10 per month (for area code 48017) in their listing of a la 
carte add-ons.
