Programmers,

Does anyone have any (dis)recommendations for techniques, tools, ...
for starting and managing a library in cvs
that contains code documentation and regression tests.

o tests on feature X must be findable by someone not familiar with feature X
o tests can be run interactively paramaterized for pre-checkin
o tests can be run periodically from script
o documents are searchable
o some documents may be stored on other platforms and referenced by pointer

Does anyone know of a web-edittable or wiki-like interface to a cvs repository?
