I know from first hand experience that a microwave oven can
bring down a wireless network.  I've also heard that 2.4GHz
wireless phones can cause problems.  One other thought, have
you tried switching to a different channel?  My neighbors
one day decided to use the frequencies I had been using, and
my performance dropped.  I picked another channel and per-
formance was restored.  I wonder if you have a neighbor that
is on the same channel but doesn't keep it up 24x7.
