[mdlug] Testing deliverability

We had power problems that affected the server with the windstorm 
yesterda, and upon restarting the machine there were some discrepancies in 
the spam-filtering software (spamassassin and perl primarily) that held up 
getting the mail out. After manually downloading, building, and updating 
some perl modules (Time::HiRes and Scalar::List::Utils) and then updating 
to the latest version of Mail::SpamAssassin via CPAN, it's all better now.
