[mdlug] Interesting information about Windows "7"

Wasn't there an incident where the US Navy tried controlling a small 
class ship (destroyer escort/missile boat ?) with the MS Windows OS?
I remember reading an e-story about it.  Bottom line: ship dead in the 
water and had to be towed home.
